Pre-order terms and conditions

What are pre-orders?

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our Website. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

1. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. 

2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

3. The order will ship when the item is available, but the estimated date is subject to delays. We will provide updates should the dates change and be delayed or products are available sooner.

4. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 

5. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

Please order in-stock items separately if you want those items sooner.

6. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.

7. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.

8. Once the products are ready to ship, you will be informed via email and our social media platforms. We will have all your orders packed in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.

Returning Your Pre-Order

Once the item has been sent to your specified delivery address you can return the item for a full refund of the product within 7 days as per our Shipping & Return Policy
