An incredibly large, bright and beautiful silver-yellow fluorescent scheelite. The label states it is from the Coaldale Mining District in Nevada. Most of the times, scheelite is fluorescent a bright bluish-white, but whenever there is even a small presence of molybdenum, the color produced is a more bright creamy yellow as shown in this specimen. There is no UV response to longwave.
There are not many like these with this type of fluorescent color on the market making it pretty unusual material.
